Colin has added a text box to the paypal payment form.
When renewing your subs or upgrading to card holder please click the add message button.

In the text box,enter your username (or number)& whether you want to download & print your own card or want me to send one in the post.
Edit:Cards will no longer be sent by mail.Please download from your profile if you require a hard copy.
