'MIG' Welding/Welders

Advice needed. I am thinking about buying a "MIG" type welder and wondering which is the one to go for. Can't seem to find much by searching the forum but I feel sure there must be lots of experience out there as most Beddies need welding sooner or later!

I already have a Cytringian stick welder but it's no good for thin stuff. I used to be able to weld rust to rust in the days of oxy acetylene bottles but I think that's well in the past!

One anonymous contributor said a 155 amp Cebora mig was a good set.

Any other ideas out there, please ??

Pete.

I have a Clarke dual purpose one that you can either use with a gas bottle or without.I've only used it with flux cored wire (no gas bottle) but the results were adequate.(I'm a s*it welder anyway! )
Can't remember what the model number is now,it's very similar to this one.
