Out of work - Yipppeeeeeee.......

Well, I've just finished work. I handed my notice in 4 weeks ago and today is/was my last day. I just dropped off my van in Basingstoke and had a lift home and now I've got two weeks off in Somerset before I start my new job. I'll be doing exactly the same work as I was doing before, working with 6 of the guys I was working with (who also left recently) but with a new company and a pay rise. Only down side is I don't get my new works van until November as they couldn't get one with the right spec until then. It looks like it'll be a hire van for a couple of weeks. It'll be nice to go from working for a multi-national company where you are just a number to a smaller family company again.
