Hi, I cant access the members area.....

Hi,
Ive been here a while and posted a few times but I cant access all of the members area (most of it really). It just keeps saying that its a resricted area and that i may need to enable cookies. i cant find anything on the rest of the site saying whether I need permission granted by modeators to view the topics in the members area so was just wondering if i do need upgrading somehow ( be it by simple permission by moderators or whether there is a minimum post number before it becomes enabled) Or whether something is wrong and thats why I cant get in.

Any help advise or explenation will be greatly appreciated.

Hi
Yes, some areas are restricted to card holders. I see you've already upgraded so you should have access to all areas now.
