Puddles the campers brake problem

think I've finally sorted the brakes on puddles after 2 master cylinders, new wheel cylinders & brake shoes all round,& 2 canceled mot's due to the brake pedal being almost on the floor, I went back over everything I had done no leaks could be found checked the adjustment again no problems there I was at the point of pulling what little hair I have left out, then the light bulb came on some cylinder somewhere was the wrong bore so after a trawl through the parts catalogues there was the answer turns out the rear cylinders I have fitted are the wrong ones they are 23,81 mm bore the one I need have 15,87 mm bore, both are listed for a 250 cf think the larger bore is for disc brake models which have a pressure reducing valve fitted, down side is I need to wait until tues to get the other cylinders, DELPHI part no LW15041 for the 23,81 mm DELPHI part no LW15296 for the 15,87 mm just in case someone else has this problem

Argh new rear cylinders helped but brakes are still not right, little effort at the rear brakes & long pedal travel, I'm now thinking I may have the wrong master cylinder fitted, does anyone have the part no, for a facelift CF with 10" drums all round, I'm thinking I may have one for a disc brake model, the one fitted is a lockheed tandem the number on the casing is AP 3212-450 was thinking maybe I could fit a pressure reducing valve on the fronts like the disk brake models as it feels like the fronts are locking up before the rears. M/c has been changed sometime in the distant past as the one fitted has the low brake pressure valve on it, but there is no wiring for it on my van

check to see if you have a brake compensator fitted on the rear as this will reduce fluid if faulty or not set up correctly.

connected front brake to the front of the cylinder rear brake to the rear, master cylinder holds pressure when I put bleed nipples in instead of pipes, clamped off all the flex hoses still pressure release front clamps one at a time still pressure, release rear loss of pressure, however if I release the rear with the fronts still clamped no loss of pressure.new cylinders fitted all round, new shoes, brakes all adjusted

single wheel with 10 inch brakes all round, brake cylinder part no LW15296 15,87m bore. I did have brake cylinder part LW15041 23,81 mm fitted & the problem was worse, it's not losing pressure but the brake peddle is only about a 1/2 inch from the floor, I've also checked the bulkhead for cracking none there used to be almost at the top but that was with a partly seized rear cylinder, not sure if the front brake cylinders come in different bore sizes.
