5 speed zf to 2.3 slant

hi guys. is it straight forward to fit a 5 speed zf to a 2.3 slant petrol that has a Vauxhall 4 speed with overdrive at the moment. I guess propshaft will be different, what else would I need

your correct in that the propshaft will be different
you will also need to change the bell-housing and thrust bearing, speedo cable and clutch cable.

finding theses parts is your first challenge though .........

thanks gethin.i will probably end up having the current box rebuilt
mind you, cables can be made or adapted to fit. so that's not too much of a problem. Hmmm still don't know what route to take
