yes you can fit the Lucas alternator in place of the AC Delco DN460 alternator,, few mods will be needed to the electrics though. the big thick brown wire will need a yellow spade connector fitted in place of the eyelet that's normally fitted to the AC DELCO , then this fits onto the bottom terminal on the Lucas unit find the thin brown wire with a yellow stripe on it this will need blue spade connector on it and it fits the top small terminal on the Lucas unit............. all other wire's will need to be individually isolated with tape to prevent them from earthing out .............. | Wed 16 Apr 2014 @ 21:08 |
