engine fitting into cf Hi anybody have any information on fitting a ford transit di engine and gear box into a Bedford cf 1 2.3 slant engine?---------------------- |

you need to cut the crossmmber and make up new engine mounts as well as gearbox mounts. propshaft need to be modded and exhaust will to be adapted.. your best bet is to have both vans next to each other . this will enable you to see how the tranny engine fits |

no the wiring will need to be changed and uprated to cope with the extra amperage both starter and alternator |
