How to remove diesel primer

Just bought diesel primer for my bedford cf2 Glendale motorhome and I went to have a look on how to remove it but there is not much room to get in and I was wondering if anyone knows what tool and size is needed to remover the primer

there are a few different primers fitted the the 2.3 diesel engine .

can you post a photo makes it easier to answer afterwards
