Cheers Jim.... Found the info....there 7/16 UNF it was the thread type that got me, we have a selection of nuts at my "friends" work place..... BSW which is the usual English thread.....UNC, BA but no UNF.....typical....lol.... So for anyone looking for this info in the future, as this thread will turn up on a google search I recon......the 5 stud hub details are...... 5 stud 152.4mm PCD or 6 inch in Old money.... the threads are 7/16th UNF If you have tapered wheel nuts, the taper will be 60 degree..... This is the info I have collected so far in my search for new wheels..... I have found a firm that make PCD adaptors to change your thread pattern, I am going to put Land Rover deep dish modular steel wheels on.....165mm PCD....these 2 sizes proved a hard find on the adaptor front.....getting quotes of 5 or 600 £ but found this racing firm that make them to order, costing £200 for 4 (they come in pairs)...... I will let you know how the fitting goes, and if they are fit for the job or not once I get them, then I will recommend the firm fully.....lol....cant wait... |
