timing belt Hi - i seem to be having a problem finding a timing belt for my cf2 84 autosleeper. I can find the 2.3 one but not the 2.0 petrol - anyone any ideas ? Thanks Ian |

1984 was the crossover year for the CF facelift and the CF2. I assume yours is definitely the CF2 (petrol engine vertical and NOT leaning over towards the passenger side). If it's vertical then it's the 2.0l CF2 and it has a chain drive not a belt. If it's leaning over then it's a CF1 facelift 2.3l with belt drive. ---------------------- |

Thank you - i have to have the centre bearing replaced so i thought i'd have belt done as well , thats why i couldnt find one . Should have noticed something was odd when i ordered the bearing for the 84 and it was the wrong one |
