Saw a cf2 ice cream van sitting at the Thames in London on Tuesday afternoon it was a blue one on an E reg and the ice cream was brilliant!!! ---------------------- |

I saw an X plate Yellow and White Face lift ice cream van at Elliott's field retail park in Rugby Saturday and then a Red and White CF1 ice cream van on a back road between Sutton and Erdington (Birmingham) Sunday. ---------------------- |

Went to Waddesdon Manor today in Oxfordshire... in the car though not the van. While there I spotted a really lovely looking CF1 ice cream van with retro livery, bunting, a little picket fence and general vintage loveliness all round. Had a chat with the owner and her hubby/boyfriend/male ice cream vending accomplice. They didn't know the site and seemed pleased to find out about it. So they may well pop along sometime soon. Nice couple, lovely van, needs a bit of work, very leaky oil, dashboard dysfunctional. I don't know 'owt about CF1s but I was surprised when looking under the bonnet that it didn't appear to be a slant. Maybe it was just the sun bouncing off my nose and dazzling me, but it didn't look how others have looked that I've glanced at. ---------------------- |

Last Wednesday the wife spotted a white Bedford van going through Harwood ..she aint that good at knowing what kind ....it wasn't like ours thats all the info i could get
